The BetaPack series of sleeve sealers are typically used for the packing of mineral water, soft drinks, juices packed in aseptic blocks, or products in cans and jars. Machines are available in semi auto, auto (side feed) and auto (in-line) variants.

All models share the following features;

• Electrical: Single phase sealing section, 3 phase tunnel
• Installed power: Sealing 1450W, tunnel 21.3KW
• Seal bar width 700mm
• Working height 850mm
• Uses PE film 40 to 100 microns thick
• Glass fibre shrink tunnel tunnel
• Optional tunnel exit cooling fans and side film compression

The entry model ßP 700 is a manually loaded system suitable for speeds of 5 to 10 packs per minute.

The ßP 700 model features;

• Seal bar area 700mm W x 380mm H
• Pneumatic pusher and seal bar
• Powered film drives
• Independant controls for sealer & tunnel with 6 cycle    memories
• Dual chamber shrink tunnel with adjustable airflow

For automated lines with side feeding conveyors and product collation we offer the ßP700AR.

• Running at speeds of 6 to 12 packs per minute
• Infeed conveyor features 1, 2 or 3 lanes of product
• Infeed conveyor to the left or right of machine.
• Packs collated by pneumatic pusher
• Min. pack size 120 x 45 x h 105 mm
• Max. pack size 440 x 380 x h 350 mm
• Twin chamber tunnel for higher output

The ßP700AS pictured left is an in-line sleeve wrapper used for trayed or pre-collated product groups.

• Packing at speeds of 6 to 12 packs per minute.
• Min. pack size 120 x 200 x h 30 mm
• Max. pack size 520 x 600 x h 350 mm
• Twin chamber tunnel for higher output.
