End of line packaging doesn't get much simpler that taping a carton closed, yet every customer's products, cartons, and output requirements are different. StarTape 50M, 65M, 80M Side Drive semi automatic case tapers.

StarTape 50M is also available in stainless steel. Capable of handling boxes up to 800mm wide x 800mm high, these machines are manufactured from painted mild steel and feature side driven conveyors.

• Tape both the top and the base of the carton
• Available with either 50mm or 75mm tape heads
• Adjustable height legs, with height markings
• Hand wheels for precise adjustment of carton width & height
• Solid structure withstands high work loads
• Single phase 220 V power supply (others available)
• 50M INOX is a stainless steel model for use in wet areas
• 50M-LH is a special model for closing boxes as low as 60mm

StarTape 50 TBD & 65 TBD Top & Bottom Drive

For heavier products we recommend TBD machines. As above but with top and bottom drive belts. Better suited to handling products above the 30kg range. Suitable for products up to 50kgs in weight. Workable product dimensions (mm) are shown.

StarTape 50A, complete with guarding to meet CE regulations. StarTape 50A, 65A, 80A Automatic side drive case tapers

No need to manually adjust the taping machine for different sizes of carton. Sensors on these side drive automatic models determine the width and height of the incoming carton and adjust the belts and bridge height accordingly, centering the carton as they do so. Perfect on production lines where boxes of different sizes arrive at random.

StarTape 50TBDA & 65TBDA, Automatic top and bottom drive case tapers

As per the 50A and 65A models but with top and bottom drive belts.

CF models for full automation of your carton closing. Available in stainless steel.
50 CF, & 65 CF Automatic flap folders

These automatic in line systems automatically fold the carton flaps before taping them closed. Operators do not need to close the box before presenting it to the machine. Ensure maximum productivity from personnel packing cartons.

Also available as the 50CF-LH for low height boxes and 50 CF INOX in stainless steel for use in aggresive environments.
