The Robopac 106 - 706 range of turntable stretch systems are available in numerous configurations and with a wide selection of options, enabling the customer to build the ideal solution to their stretch wrapping requirements. Options: Film Delivery Systems: Type FS Roller friction stretch system. Pre-stretch adjustable 0 - 200% from control panel. Clutch coupling after start for easy film binding to pallet. Type PFS Pre stretch ratio adjustable from 0 to 250% giving enormous savings to high volume film users. Force to the load regulated by patented control system. The Robopac 106 / 306 / 506 / 706 models are also available in the "TP" version, designed to facilitate direct loading by pallet truck. No need for a forklift operator to load the pallet onto the turntable. Models and options as per the standard range except the maximium load capacity is 1200 kg. A photocell controls the turntable operation, ensuring the stretch cycle cannot be started unless the truck has been removed.

permanent recording of weights. Rotoplat DW: Developed for the wrapping of doors and windows, this model holds the product in clamps top and bottom whilst stretch film is applied. Also available with the option to apply first bubble wrap, then stretch film, for superior protection during transport.
