The METTLER TOLEDO CI-Vision Integrity Inspection System is a complete in-line, high-speed package inspection system that ensures perfect product presentation every time. It automatically inspects filled bottles, trays, pouches, cases, cartons, kits and other packages to verify that the packaging process was completed to the exacting standards and specifications set by the manufacturer.

The powerful CI-Vision software and intuitive user interface are designed to turn the technically complex process of vision inspection into a simple user experience. Features such as “five touch” product changeover, real-time statistics and interactive instructional screens make the Integrity Vision Inspection System easy to implement into any quality control program.

Label inspection
CI-Vision checks every label for defects

A complete in-line, high-speed package inspection system that ensures perfect product presentation every time. It automatically inspects labels on all packaging including bottles, vials, boxes, cans, trays and tubs. The system can detect and automatically reject packages and containers with skewed, torn, flagged and double labels and can also ensure that the package / container contents and label are properly matched. If you suffer from problems due to badly or incorrectly applied labels, CI-Vision can help.

Print vision

Print Vision inspection system verifies that printed ink jet codes, barcode and 2D matrix codes are present, correct and readable. Built-in quality control procedures make the system ideal for food, beverage, personal care, packaging or pharmaceutical applications.  The system will automatically identify and reject packages with missing, incorrect or unreadable codes to ensure only properly coded packages reach customers.

Closure visionContainer vision

Automatically inspects empty bottles, cans, tubes, boxes, tubs and other rigid containers to ensure they meet the safety, dimensional, and cosmetic requirements which customers and regulators demand. Containers not meeting these standards are automatically rejected to ensure perfect product presentation every time. Bottle blow moulders and container injection moulders would typically be customers for container inspection solutions.

Closure vision

Used to ensure the integrity of a closure before it is placed on a bottle. Closure dimensions, liner integrity and decoration quality are inspected at speeds of up to 2500 parts per minute. The system assures bottlers that their product is fresh and that the package presentation is perfect every time for brand protection.
