Perfect product protection....

Air cushions are a practical, clean and economic solution to the problem of protective packaging or 'void filling'. They have taken over from polystyrene 'chips' and paper as the preferred method because they are dust free, economical, take up very little storage space before use and the material can be recycled.

L-Pack's machines are built in Germany to exacting standards and will give many years of reliable use with very little maintenance required, as their unique sealing system does away with the need for metal sealing belts. Since they also manufacture their films in-house, L-Pack guarantee their material's quality and thus the machine's reliability.

One of the biggest advantages which air cushions have over alternative void fill materials is that the initial material volume is just 1% of the volume filled after inflation. The savings in storage space are enormous, as seen in the picture.

The small roll of L-Pack material at the centre contains just 250 metres of material, which when inflated, fills the same volume as the four bags of polystyrene chips behind.

• No dust particles are created by the packing material.
• Air cushions are 30% lighter than the equivalent volume of polystyrene.
• Depending upon the film used, air cushions are able to withstand loads in excess of 300kgs
• The material may be custom printed with a logo and contact details

The CM-40's output of 40 cushions per minute, plus the 500 metre long rolls of material, make it suitable for customers with a higher demand for void fill. As with all L-Pack machines, the built in pump inflates the cushions - there is no need for a factory air supply. Requires only a 240 volt single phase supply.

CM-120 for large volumes

For users who need maximum output, the CM-120, with an output of 120 air cushions per minute, is the answer. Shown here with the optional 'OS' machine stand, storage box and dispenser, the CM-120 can meet the demands of very high volume users.

The optional machine stand and rolling cushion bin shown right, turn the CM-120 into a mobile packing station, available at any location in the warehouse or factory.
