Branding with banding....

Often found in the printing and graphics, banking, food and non food-packaging industries, ATS banding machines come in a wide range of sealing types, arch sizes and band widths. The bands themselves can be coloured or clear, printed or unprinted, and made from paper or plastic.

ATS MS-420

The MS-420 bench top machine is ideal for use where space is restricted. It is easy to operate and is able to use paper or film banding materials.

US 2000 range

• Band widths from 20mm up to 100mm.
• Thin, strong and uncoated plastic banding materials can be used.
• Film and paper bands are applied from super-soft to maximum    tension - continuously adjustable.
• Cold-welding Ultra-Sonic technology ensures fast, clean, and    consistent sealing.
• The welder has no film buildup, and no heating elements to replace.
• The machine is ready for immediate use without preheating.
• No modifications necessary when changing from film to paper.

ATS offer a complete range of in line solutions, custom built to suit your product and collation requirements.

The US-2000 Transit Line (left) has in feed and exit conveyors and automatically bands products like printed materials and packaged goods.

Material positioning plates, pneumatic presses, and corner conveyors for cross-banding are options that improve versatility. The Transit Line includes a single-roll tape drawer with the rapid-change tape feed system.

The Corner Automatic Line (right) can be fitted with a stacking unit to achieve stacked bundles. Many other specialised solutions are available - please call us to discuss your exact requirements.
